You’ve realized your focus hasn’t really been on you recently or maybe in a while — leaving you feeling agitated, disconnected and lost

until now. You’re ready to take space just for you.

You’re awesome for showing up today. And, I’ve got you. I’m dedicated to helping women and mothers thrive in motherhood.

I’m Kelsey Mizell. I help women and moms just like you.

I provide virtual counseling services throughout Georgia, Florida and Arizona.

I’m married with a 4 year old and 2 dogs. I enjoy drinking too much coffee, watching my favorite shows on repeat, taking naps, spending time outside and eating good food with family and friends.

How I’ll help you:

My pursuance of specialized training and certification in Maternal Mental Health happened after my own transition into motherhood. It was hard. It still is. I’ve found that parts of yourself feel lost at times and then new ones show up too. And I can tell you - it gets better with support. It gets better by taking the time for you.

I have extensive experience working with women, mothers and families. Using a foundation of integrative concepts including Self-Compassion, Attachment, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness and Brainspotting alongside my interpersonal approach, I will actively support you to become more aware of your feelings and needs.

Together, we will explore what’s coming up for you in all of your identities, the many roles you play, and process how your unique experience is impacting different parts of you and your life. We will apply kindness and understanding to build on your connection to yourself and relationships with others, to get you feeling like the you that you’d like to be.
